Step 5: Test the wipers
Turn on the wipers and test them to make sure that they are working properly.
Troubleshooting
If you are having problems with your wipers, here are a few things you can check:
Make sure that the new wiper blades are properly seated on the wiper arms.
Check the wiper motor for any signs of damage.
Check the wiper linkage for any signs of damage.
Check the wiper fluid level.
If you have tried all of the above and your wipers are still not working properly, you may need to take your car to a mechanic.
Replacing the wiper blades on your BMW E28 is a quick and easy task that can be completed in just a few minutes. By following these simple steps, you can keep your windshield clean and clear, and improve your visibility while driving.
Additional Tips
It is a good idea to replace your wiper blades every 6-12 months, or more often if you live in an area with a lot of rain or snow.
